Pre-K

There are 2 ways to register for Pre-K!

1. Click on the ONLINE Registration Form button to complete a Google Form. You will receive a confirmation of your answers to know that your registration was received. This is the preferred registration method.
    
2. Click on the PRINTABLE Registration Form button to download a one-page version of the form, which can then be emailed Melissa.Brady@isd623.org or faxed to 651-488-1697. A paper copy can also be printed and mailed to, or dropped off at, the Early Childhood Center at Parkview - 701 County Road B West, Roseville, MN 55113.

NOTE: If you are interested in applying for financial assistance, you must complete an online or printable Financial Assistance Form IN ADDITION to a registration form.

Who can attend?

• Roseville Pre-K is for children who are age 3 or 4 by September 1, 2026.

My child will be 5 years old on September 1. Can I register for Pre-K?

• No, children who are 5 by September 1 can enroll in Kindergarten. Call Roseville Area Schools
• Central Enrollment at 651-635-1626 to enroll your child for Kindergarten.

Can my child wear pull-ups or diapers to Pre-K?

• No, we require all children to be fully potty trained independent in using the bathroom when they begin Pre-K. This means they can go to the bathroom and clean up on their own. Pull-ups and diapers are not allowed. 

Can I register my child for multiple Pre-K classes?

• No, Pre-K classes cannot be combined. Each child can be enrolled in one class.

Is before and/or after school care available?

• Friendship Connection is the school-age childcare program in Roseville Area Schools and is available for children who are age 4 by September 1, 2026. Friendship Connection is offered after school at Parkview, and before and after school at Harambee.
• Friendship Connection is a separate registration from Pre-K and has a separate fee for care. Registration for Friendship Connection begins in February 2026.

Do you offer financial assistance?

• We follow the Free and Reduced Price Lunch Program income and family size guidelines to determine if you qualify for financial assistance.
• There is a separate Financial Assistance Application to complete if you are interested in requesting financial assistance.
